NB/PEI ASHRAE Chapter Awards   10 December 2008 — André Alves de Sousa won the ASHRAE Chapter Emile R. LeBlanc Scholarship at NBCC Moncton in the amount of $1000. André is an international student from Brazil and is in his senior year of Building Services Engineering Technology (BSET). André is receiving the scholarship from ASHRAE Chapter President-elect John Willden, P.Eng., MBA, who is also the HVAC instructor at NBCC Moncton.
