ASHRAE Region II CRC 2026
August 28th - 30th, 2026 | Brudenell River Resort, Prince Edward Island
ASHRAE NB/PEI Welcomes You to Region II's CRC 2026
Chapters Regional Conferences (CRCs) are held each fall and spring and offer a wonderful opportunity for chapters and members to meet, interact, and socialize on a regional level. These conferences offer workshops, technical sessions, technical tours, addresses by Society officers and staff, and regional award presentations. CRCs provide an effective local option for many members to actively participate in regional activities.
In August of 2026, the ASHRAE NB/PEI Chapter will be hosting the 2026 ASHRAE Region II CRC at the Rodd Brudenell River Resort, in Cardigan, PEI. Our team is in full planning mode for this event, which will be held from August 28th to 30th, 2026. This conference will be attended by Delegates from Ontario (Windsor, London, Toronto, Hamilton, and Ottawa); Quebec (Montreal and Quebec City); Nova Scotia (Halifax, Newfoundland); and New Brunswick/Prince Edward Island. There will also be several VIP attendees from ASHRAE Society Head Office in Atlanta, and other areas throughout the world.
It is with great pleasure that the NB/PEI Chapter gets to host our colleagues for the first time in ten years. We look forward to welcoming you to Atlantic Canada for a unique and engaging conference experience!

MAIN EVENTS
WELCOME PARTY – FRIDAY NIGHT
Join us for an unforgettable night at Copper Bottom Brewing in Montague, PEI for an evening of networking, food, and entertainment, as we kick off our CRC in style! We will be set up in our own private room for this event.
Later in the evening, get ready for high-energy live music from High Voltage PEI, an AC/DC cover band, great company, and your favorite craft brews flowing. And if you were looking for a quieter way to spend the rest of your evening, buses will be circling between the Welcome Event and the resort.
Copper Bottom Brewing’s taproom is one of PEI’s most unique venues. Featuring communal style seating, exposed wood beams, and a gorgeous patio overlooking the Montague river.
FIRE IN THE KITCHEN – SATURDAY NIGHT
A true Maritime kitchen party! You will get to follow the sounds of fiddle music where you will be greeted with Maritime props…lobster traps, lighthouses, fishnets, and buoys galore. A few Maritime brews will get your toes tapping and fingers snapping, and then we head into the kitchen, where the real party begins. Servers enter the room single file transformed into “down home folk” sporting plaid vests, neckerchiefs, and a huge smile, each armed with large bowls of maritime fare. The air is alive with the sounds of Maritime hospitality at its finest! After our bellies are full, we start to party! Fiddlers, accordions, guitars, step dancers, and spoons lessons for all… everyone is welcome to join in.
Fire in the Kitchen features entertainment, dinner, and a take home memorabilia that keep the memories alive long after our conference.
